Key responsibilities

  • Establish long & short term Talent Acquisition strategies and Operating model for all business lines in India.
  • Build a strategic workforce plan based on the short and long term demand – skills & headcount.
  • Evaluate and refine multiple sourcing channels to hire the best and maintain the source mix at an optimal cost.
  • Direct and provide thought leadership surrounding the design, launch & delivery of all talent acquisition programs – diversity, campus, employee referral, IJBs etc.
  • Advise and work with business to build the succession planning talent pipeline key, critical & identified roles/positions.
  • Build strong vendor partner channels and propose options on partnering for our hiring needs
  • Prepare, review & monitor the annual recruitment budget and suggest effective use & optimization

Role requirements

  • 15 years’ overall experience with at least 3 years in leading/at a senior role in talent acquisition in reputed organizations
  • MBA / Master’s degree with Specialization in HR/management
