Key responsibilities
- Act as the regional lead for the Legal Entity Rationalization (LER) project involving multiple entities
- Be the project owner and responsible for entity clean-up matters and any issues identified across operations, compliance etc. prior to the phase of entities de-registration
- Responsible for the setup of project schedule, ongoing project risk control and reporting to keep the management & key stakeholders updated with project status
- Monitor to ensure project requirements are fulfilled throughout every project phases
Ensure smooth and timely project delivery across various jurisdictions by close collaboration with cross-functional departments
Role requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in international tax advisory in senior management roles preferably from MNCs, and backed with Big 4 work experience
- Proven track record of being a tax project owner, particularly for LER project management
- Solid experience in entity clean-up, balance sheet review and entity deregistration
- Relevant professional qualification such as CTA is an advantage
- Excellent English in both written and verbal communication
- Ability to communicate and motivate stakeholders across an international business
- Performance and results oriented
- Detail-mined with ability to multi-task and prioritize project schedules effectively
