Our client is global insights and information provider services, a market leader in the sector. It now has ambitious growth plans in APAC regions, they are looking for self-driven and content-savvy talent to join the Events Content team.

The core function of this opening is to focus on the strategic development and programming compelling interactions with global professionals and leaders in Financial Services and corporate industries.

Key responsibilities

  • Host small to midsize group discussions, roundtables, and convene with global thought leaders and top professionals.
  • Develop events content strategies and framework that meets users’ needs and the business objectives.
  • Oversee events’ production process, facilitate content for marketing & brand materials, ensure timely delivery with operations team and business units.
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams to identify and execute to deliver a portfolio of events and meetings.
  • Research and propose themes and topics for content-driven live events.
  • Devise and implement improvements to best practices, tools, and processes.
  • Work closely with internal team to lead multiple meetings and projects.

Role requirements

  • Master or Degree in Journalism/ Communications or relevant field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in positions of B2B editorial, conference/tradeshow producer, preferrable with Financial Service/ Professional Service/Media background
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and database tools
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English and Mandarin (and simplified Chinese)
  • Good communication, organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders from various countries
  • Candidates with more experience would be considered for senior positions
