Key responsibilities

Providing local leadership and oversight on the Corporate action functions
Monitoring and enhancing operational key performance indicators
Proactively leading continuous improvement initiative
Build and maintain relationships with onshore/offshore client stakeholders
Managing a large team across multiple locations

Role requirements

7+ years of work experience in fund industry including Corporate Actions
Proven ability to engage with senior management and stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business
Strong organizational, control, project management, communication, and negotiation skills
