AVP – HR Operations

 

Role:

Leading the wider HR Operations team, the role holder will provide feedback for the enhancement of Onboarding experience whilst driving the team against the following work streams:

  • People management
  • Background verification governance & knowledge:
  • Employee contract governance & document management:
  • Employee induction management
  • UK Screening Management

Role requirements

  • Excellent project management skills
  • Managing and communicating with stakeholders appropriately
  • Related Onboarding legislation, governance, and practice
  • Excellent awareness and adherence to Governance and Control.
  • Understanding of People Screening, UK Onboarding, SAP, Hire and the Pay and Status processes.
  • Possess a demonstrable ability to effectively engage with stakeholders, whilst being able to clearly communicate requirements and liaise with peers who are required to support the delivery.
  • Ability to understand stakeholder requirements and translate those into practical and implementable solutions
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Strong networking skills
  • Sound knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Experience of working with cross geography teams
  • Expert user – MS Office
  • At least 12 months in the current role at BA4 or AVP
  • Last year PD rating Strong or above
  • Significant experience of providing automation and development expertise within a relevant business / function.
