Key responsibilities

Responsible to formulate business forecast, budgets & financial plans at regular intervals.
Involvement in group planning and forecasting process.
Calculation of P&L and Key performance metrics at organization level.
Review, analyze and improvise plans/budgets shared by the business.
Interaction with teams across globe to collect forecasting & budgeting requirements.
lead continuous improvement initiative to strengthen internal control & governance.

Role requirements

Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis for global financial services.
CA/CFA/CPA/ICWA/MBA Finance
Good understanding of accounting process & regulatory frameworks.
Hands on with Exl, ppt, Hyperion and Essbase.
Should be agile & proactive to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution of shared goals.
Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication.
