Key responsibilities

Directly managing medium to large development teams on software development practices and architecture.
Definition, implementation and evolution of development team technical process and ways of working.
Work with engineering teams, and be a technical SME on design, development, proposing innovative ideas and displaying technical accountability.
Key stakeholder liaison and alignment with senior people in Project, Engineering and Product management organisation, from product development to operations and architecture.
Take lead and ownership of modernizing architecture following industry best practices.

Role requirements

To be a passionate coder with at least 10 years’ experience including experience in development using Microsoft dot net (.net) technology stack.
Strong development proficiency in C#.
To demonstrate strong technical understanding of API, MySQL, MVC, ASP.net, .net core, .net framework.
Advanced proficiency in building and maintaining web services/ windows services, web application etc. (any combination stack).
To have at least 5 years in leading teams including Software Engineers, QA and Team Leads and good exposure in a multi-cultural environment.
Excellent communication skills, and passion for solving challenging problems, strong stakeholder management skills.
