Key responsibilities

  • Directly managing medium to large development teams on software development practices and architecture.
  • Definition, implementation and evolution of development team technical process and ways of working.
  • Work with engineering teams, and be a technical SME on design, development, proposing innovative ideas and displaying technical accountability.
  • Key stakeholder liaison and alignment with senior people in Project, Engineering and Product management organisation, from product development to operations and architecture.
  • Take lead and ownership of modernizing architecture following industry best practices.

Role requirements

  • To be a passionate coder with at least 10 years’ experience including experience in development using Microsoft dot net (.net) technology stack.
  • Strong development proficiency in C#.
  • To demonstrate strong technical understanding of API, MySQL, MVC, ASP.net, .net core, .net framework.
  • Advanced proficiency in building and maintaining web services/ windows services, web application etc. (any combination stack).
  • To have at least 5 years in leading teams including Software Engineers, QA and Team Leads and good exposure in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, and passion for solving challenging problems, strong stakeholder management skills.
