Key responsibilities

Work closely with senior management to improvise overall risk control and create framework to ensure operational efficiency.
Build a self-driven and proactive culture within the team while ensuring individual growth and development
Leads the regional Reconciliation area consisting of multiple teams and optimize resource allocation to align with business objectives.
Develop long term strategic plans for reconciliation function with a goal to improve organizational efficiencies and client experience.
Initiate strategic initiatives for development and enhancements in existing systems to improve the reconciliation experience.

Role requirements

Qualification – CA/ICWA/MBA Fin
15-22 years of relevant experience in reconciliations, trade life cycle management and operations.
Background in Investment Banking, Prime brokerage, and fund administration along with strong knowledge of financial products is a must.
Should have experience in stakeholder management & managing large team.
Self-initiator with a zeal to take ownership and ensure implementation till the last mile.
