The Digital Integration Director position is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the CEO and/or COO of the company.

This position requires the candidate to work closely with creative, brand strategy, brand management and any other internal teams to build and enhance the agency’s service offerings to clients, particularly in the area of business strategy, client leadership and integration of digital expertise.

Key responsibilities

Digital expansion and leadership:

  • Propose and implement process enhancements to existing reporting across planning, for the various pillars within the business which optimally meets client expectations.
  • Manage, train, and grow a team of digital marketing experts encompassing various digital marketing & communication disciplines to enhance service offerings to clients and generate incremental revenue
  • Responsible for developing strategic digital programmes and initiatives for clients
  • Lead digital ‘evangelization’ initiatives within Naga DDB Tribal – such as best practices, case studies, digital sharing etc.
  • To work within the agency’s management team to advise, chart and lead its ventures into becoming a fully-fledged digitally capable agency
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for
  • improvement and resource planning for the agency’s digital capability expansion
  • Execute across the board potentially award-winning campaigns, which have demonstrated best use of digital, creativity and marketing effectiveness.
  • To develop and lead new ventures into digital platforms that may optimize the agency’s efficiencies and to promote new ways of business operations

Client Liaison:

  • To take a lead role on current accounts to chart overall account direction in partnership with the Creative, Digital, Brand Planning and Brand Management team.
  • Proactively keeps abreast of assigned clients’ marketing and media plans, and provides technological solutions including rich media, site optimization, promotional ideas, mobile, social networks, viral, etc.
  • Recommend and implement the digital marketing strategy for clients with clear measurements of KPIs and ROI, in the capacity as the senior digital marketing strategic lead for the clients’ brands
  • Manage, oversee, and optimize performance of the client’s digital marketing channels
  • Monitor external environment and highlight key issues/crises and to inform the client of implications and potential actions required.
  • Maintain social contact with client personnel and regular contact about account direction, staffing, issues etc.
  • Establish and maintain a role as consultant/adviser to client and internal teams
  • Organize annual/bi-annual/ quarterly internal review of the account and work with
  • Brand Integration Director and/or Business Unit Head and the clients to implement outcomes.

Growing Existing Business:

  • Create and develop opportunities for growing existing business within the agency i.e.: new digital programmes and/or any out-of-scope projects for existing accounts
  • Responsible for account/project profitability and maintaining as well as establishing financial arrangements with clients

New Business:

  • Responsible as digital strategy lead in new business proposals and pitches
  • To drive and manage new digital business growth

Professional Relations:

  • To engage with the client and offer consultation according to their business needs
  • To maintain an active role in engaging internal teams and consolidating various agency capabilities into competent offerings that are relevant to clients’ business needs

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, digital media, or similar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising, digital media, or similar.
  • Competent in Campaign Planning, Social & Content Strategy, Influencer Marketing, Digital & Interactive Production, Performance Marketing, eCommerce, Digital & Social Audit, Social Monitoring, Creative Testing, Campaign Optimization
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Mailchimp.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and Squarespace.
  • Familiarity with all major social media networks including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Excellent understanding of digital practices such as SEO, SEM, SMO, and PPC.
  • Adaptable, versatile, and the ability to keep up to date with consumer and marketing trends and advancements in technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent financial and analytic abilities.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
