Some of the key responsibilities will include

Recommend corporate-wide operational risk policies and ensuring the consistent interpretation and implementation of these policies
Drive risk self-assessment exercise to identify and address control gaps
Understand governing principles of outsourcing that drive underlying requirements for reporting standards and work with the team to implement necessary controls
Monitor and report on the corporate-wide operational risk profile to senior management.

To be eligible for this role you will require

At least 10 years of relevant working experience in the finance industry.
Good exposure in wholesale banking.
Solid communication skills.
Comfortable in handling senior stakeholders and possesses an analytical mind.
