Recruitment Consultant – Commerce

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing, headhunting and matching candidates from mid to senior positions
  • Screen and interview candidates via phone or face to face interviews
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key clients and candidates
  • Monitor industry news, identify market trends, establish valuable professional relationship with experts within the industry
  • Work closely with teammates to ensure projects being prioritized and fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Establishing trust with your candidates and proactively sourcing career opportunities for them
  • Identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with new clients.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • Relevant degree with 1-3 years of working experience. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in sales or recruitment will be advantageous but not required. Candidates from Accounting, audit or any other sales, PR, media will be considered.
  • Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently but with the greater team in mind
  • Excellent fluency in English, verbal and written
  • Resourceful, self-motivated and tenacious
  • Sales / Account management experience is a plus.
