Key responsibilities

Providing high quality financial reports and MIS to the senior management team to increase visibility on the various parts of the APAC business.
In-depth understanding of cost reporting structure, processes and systems.
Responsible for end-to-end TPS recharges as a process and utility.
Lead team in designing, developing & delivering robust plan and build process to ensure consistency across the region.
Driving a culture for accountability across the region.

Role requirements

Graduate with minimum of 15 years of experience in Investment Banking, Product or technology Industry.
FP&A Transformation experience is a must.
Strong technical skills in the fundamentals of finance, accounting and reporting principals.
Demonstrate previous experience as a people manager within a large International team.
Strong leadership and global stakeholder management skills.
