General Manager

Our client, known for its world-renowned creativity, best in class technology, digital and consulting expertise, is the world’s third largest communications group in the world. They are on the lookout for an outstanding talent to lead a team of approximately 40 staff, comprising strategists, creatives, media, and digital professionals for one of their key clients. The General Manager will set the vision, build a culture of collaboration and curate a team of experts, with responsibility for revenue, profitability and leading the relationship with the client.

Role requirements

  • Must be able to provide a comprehensive and authoritative view of the clients and leading the creation of strategies at high levels of the agency to maximize client acquisition, retention, and profitability.
  • Ability to effectively listen to clients’ requests and needs.
  • A deep and broad understanding of the ever-evolving industry to identify opportunities for improvement and subsequent implementation of plans.
  • Ability to establish and facilitate effective working relationships with all levels of agency personnel with varied personalities.
  • Ability to gain an in-depth knowledge of client’s business needs and workflow and navigate agency organizational structures in order to understand issues and facilitate resolution.
