Accounts Payable Team Lead

Key responsibilities

• Implement, improve, and standardize processes as well as ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements
• Oversee timely resolution of queries, tax submission (GST/Withholding tax) as well as completion and accuracy of payment transactions
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as vendors, suppliers and auditors
• Manage and review month and year-end AP closing procedures, KPI reports, reconciliations, schedules and Statement of Accounts
• Provide tax/legal reporting requirements support as well as resource planning and staff development
• Review and deal with exceptions for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and supplier invoice interface system IVI
