Consultant – Sales & Marketing

The Edge Partnership is a specialist recruitment firm with seven offices in Asia across various sectors and we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our Sales & Marketing team in Malaysia. Key responsibilities

  • Sourcing, headhunting and matching candidates from mid to senior positions
  • Screening and interviewing candidates via phone or face to face interviews
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key clients and candidates
  • Monitoring industry news, identifying market trends, establishing valuable professional relationships with experts within the industry
  • Working closely with teammates to ensure projects are prioritized and fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Establishing trust with your candidates and proactively exploring career opportunities for them
  • Identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with new clients.

Role requirements

  • Relevant degree with 1-3 years of working experience. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in sales or recruitment will be advantageous but not required. Candidates with background in marketing, advertising, PR, digital and media industries will be considered.
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently but with the greater team in mind
  • Excellent fluency in English, verbal and written
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and tenacious
  • Sales / Account management experience is a plus.
