Our client is a non-banking financial company which offers various products in Commercial and Retail lending They are looking for a Zonal/National Collection Manager for their Delhi/NCR office.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivery of assigned targets.
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly collection procedures are run efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain the stated budget’s collection.
  • Create/supervise and implement collection strategy for the portfolio and resources given.
  • Managing teams spread across Pan India Level.
  • Coordinating with different stakeholders.

Role requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the collection (preferably PL/Fintech) domain.
  • Strong leadership skills managing the large team size globally.
  • Must have experience in both agencies and field-based collections.
  • Developing and implementing a collection strategy, as well as pushing operational and strategic reforms.
