Our client is a leading data and artificial intelligence company in Asia that designs and executes integrated digital, analytics, and marketing solutions across the continent. They are a diverse data-driven group that understands the consumer mindset and designs digital marketing solutions to drive the digital and data maturity of their client partners, leading them to achieve their business goals.

As part of their growth plans, they are searching for a top media professional to join them as Head of Client Services, leading the entire team and clients on their roster.

Key responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for end-to-end management of a set of clients, as the lead of the entire client servicing team. You will be responsible for revenue growth, developing and nurturing these relationships with clients.
  • Constantly looking for innovative ways to develop, grow and broaden the relationship with the client.
  • Work closely with the Country Directors to ensure that the cross functional teams are executing well against company goals and client servicing expectations.
  • Manage the entire client portfolio from a business perspective and take responsibility for growing revenue.
  • Manage the P&L of the Marketing Services Team
  • Build trusted, meaningful relationships with relevant internal & external stakeholders.
  • Complete ownership of the client’s business and responsibility for business growth of the Marketing Services vertical.

Role requirements

  • 10+ years plus experience in account management and client servicing in the media industry.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and new business development – consistently growing and maintaining direct advertisers.
  • Knowledge about the digital media industry, latest digital advertising trends and mobile first environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance and data-driven marketing.
  • Expertise in pitching to clients on everything from campaign strategy, execution, performance, analysis of results and commercial negotiations.
  • Preference will be shown to Malaysian candidates and those with a valid resident’s pass
