Key responsibilities

  • Constructively handling volume/bulk hiring projects.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to determine and understand client requirements, effectively create hiring strategies and deliver new hires.
  • Identify necessary key skills and create suitable job description.
  • Responsible to understand current market trend and talent availability.
  • Manage and monitor recruitment cycle, starting from sourcing, screening, pipeline development to on boarding.
  • Ensure you have created a strong talent pool through Colleges, Institutions, social media, referral programs and industry contacts.
  • Follow consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices and creating a strong candidate experience.
  • Determining and prioritizing multiple mandates.
  • Maintaining candidate database on timely basis.

Role requirements

  • Graduate or MBA degree with 1 – 4 years of experience in volume/bulk hiring
  • Honest, Transparent, Proactive, self-motivated, and confident individuals with a good attention to details.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong and swift decision-making skills
  • Competitive mindset and ability to learn.
  • Be well organized and self-motivated
  • An aim of building & developing relationships
  • Hands on experience using ATS, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Result oriented with an open and candid communication style
