Our client is a top tier international financial institution actively seeking an experienced Vice President – Regional Diversity & Inclusion with DE&I experience from Banking and Financial background preferably. This is newly created opportunity to help increase the DE&I opportunities in the APAC Region. Working with senior global functional leads to maximizing the DE&I opportunities within the APAC region and bring alignment with the global DE&I priorities.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and drive DE&I regional goals and KPIs across APAC region based on data
  • Support/drive any change management required to successfully execute the agreed upon strategic plan
  • Research external trends and advise on DE&I issues and recommend programs, practices, policies, and community-related events to further Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the region
  • Consult with internal partners to identify improvement opportunities and/or solutions to help close identified DE&I gaps within the region

Role requirements

  • Experience in counselling and consulting to guide strategic DE&I / HR decisions across multiple levels of management
  • Experience in developing and executing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programmes in an organization and working with external organizations and consultants focused on diversity and inclusion
  • Excellent presentation skills (authoring and presenting) are a major plus
