Key responsibilities

  • Design change strategy to implement projects across organization.
  • Build change management plans to support implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Develop clear and succinct business communications and manage the approval process.
  • Work closely with program teams, project managers and service lead to support the roll out of multiple projects that impact the way end users work.

Role requirements

  • 5+ yrs. of experience in change management with exposure to UX/UI (end user interface).
  • Have expertise in supporting and leading technology implementation initiatives and cross-functional strategic programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Technically sound having the ability to understand and articulate the business impacts of technical actions and vice versa.
