Our client is a leading global financial institution, with a significant and growing presence in India, across multiple locations. Due to their continued growth and commitment to India they have created a new role to help transform their Investment Banking Operations functions in India. This role will effectively function as the India Lead and play a key role as a change leader in evolution of Operations functions by leveraging on disruptive technologies to bring in efficiencies. This is a Managing Director role with high visibility across the organization, reporting to Global Operations Head. This role will require the successful individual to have a blend of business management and influencing skills combined with in depth IT knowledge.
