Activation Manager

A global marketing communications company that provides marketing solutions to companies globally is looking to bring onboard an Activation Manager. The ideal candidate would need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing digital, social, BTL activation and CSR engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the Digital & BTL for Regional and SEA market specific activities.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure activities are consistent and aligned with branding and business goals.
  • Liaise with agencies and third-party partners where required to deliver comms.
  • Ensure messaging is consistent and brand guidelines are strictly adhered to.
  • Manage the procuring, contract negotiations and bidding for vendors to work with.
  • Conception and planning of digital marketing campaigns, for search, CRM, social media, and display advertising.
  • Oversee social media presence across all channels.
  • Develop a website traffic plan and ensure goals are reached therein.
  • Create, maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars.
  • Management of analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop & manage a comprehensive CRM program.
  • Drive content creation and copywriting for digital and offline channels.
  • Ensure you are on top of the latest trends in digital marketing and, where necessary, introduce these trends to the business.
  • Organize events to create local engagement.
  • Identify sponsorship opportunities and make them come to live.
  • Build a panel of influencers and establish a close working relationship.
  • Own the company’s CSR platform driving charity partnerships.
  • Develop and deliver your own initiatives.

Role requirements

  • 5 years of working experience managing digital, social, BTL activation and CSR engagement.
  • Able to deliver digital and ground activation.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent written and spoken language skills in English and local language.
