Key responsibilities

  • Lead and define the roadmap of digital across key areas – optimization of digital investment on SEM, Biddable Media, Display, Social Media, Data, E-commerce, 0and Remarketing strategy.
  • Create and deliver digital media solutions blending strategy, innovations & insights with creative excellence to achieve a brand’s marketing objective.
  • Act as a catalyst between planning, social/content, tech/creative and performance media teams to drive overall digital excellence.
  • Working with key agency clients directly to lead their digital propositions going forward.
  • Be the consultant and provide digital expertise inputs to the planning and execution of digital marketing activities from content planning on website, online advertising, social media, SEM, mobile, CRM, E-commerce, Lead Generation, and other digital communication platforms.
  • Be up to date about latest digital trends and local digital insights and ensuring this is implemented across the different digital touchpoints. Knows where to find the right digital target audience and provide strategic recommendation on digital planning.
  • Ensure complete support in the activation of digital campaigns to hit and exceed clients’ expectations/agreed KPIs.
  • Support new business pitch work, whenever required.
  • Conducting digital 101 sessions for internal team as well as clients.
  • Setting digital SOPs in place to deliver best in class digital campaigns and results.
  • Improving digital capabilities of planning teams – driving operational excellence.

Role requirements

  • 8 years’ experience in a client facing consultative role, primarily in a media or consulting discipline.
  • Progressive levels of responsibility and business acumen in marketing and communications, team management.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills –effectively presents formal POV internally and externally.
  • Converts ideation into strategy and operational plans to create breakthrough results – leverages broad and deep understanding on industry, media, marketplace, client, and company.
  • Strong EQ – Excellent inspirational team leader – demonstrated ability to establish high levels of trust and credibility internally and externally and influence others to action; actively open to learn from others at all levels.
  • Team oriented- approachable and viewed as coach and mentor to others.
