Analyst / Associate – Investor Services

Our client is the world’s well-known investment management providing financial services to the most dynamic markets in the industry. They are looking for an Analyst/ Associate for their Investor Servicing team, who can manage the primary functions end to end.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute all day-to-day operational tasks related to Investor services i.e., investor requests, investor report/document generation, etc.
  • Manage investor inquires while following defined guidelines along with maintenance of data on CRM for investor onboarding & reporting needs
  • Liaise with other departments such as Accounting, Tax to create investor specific reports while working with internal & external teams to manage investor portal
  • Partake in various initiatives like system testing, workflow definition, resolving and managing expectations, etc.

Role requirements

  • Minimum 2-8 years of overall experience in Financial services/Investor Management/Investor services
  • Required Qualification – Bachelors
  • Experience in Business analysis and Data analytics is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Knowledge in Salesforce, eFront, Intralinks, reporting tools is a plus
