Associate / AD (Fund Finance & Operations)

Our client is a private equity firm looking for an Associate/Associate Director (Fund Finance & Operations) to join their Execution team.

This role will support the deal teams across their emerging market to make new investments, divestments, and the restriction of existing investments and follows the lifecycle of an investment from its origination divestment.

Key responsibilities

  • Executive of NDAs.
  • Due Diligence Cost tracking, report collating and review.
  • Completion of CDD process on counterparties such as the target, sellers, and co-investor.
  • Collation of ESG data and coordinating team review and approval.
  • Co-ordination of investor funds through loan drawdowns and / or capital calls.
  • Compliance reporting for some LPs (BHCA) and regulatory reporting where required for the deal.
  • Assist deal team with asset management matters such as corporate actions, CDD by assets, AGM / EGM voting, etc.
  • Working with an external fund administrator to coordinate quarterly Investor Reporting.

Role requirements

  • 2-7 years of experience in Private Equity funds.
  • Knowledge of account will be preferable.
  • Candidate should have strong communication skills and is proficient in written and spoken English.
