Key responsibilities

  • The individual will be responsible for Heading Policy across all the products (excluding Corporate Loans) and would be involved in the Creation/Review of the Lending Policies for Business Loans, K-12, Healthcare, Personal Loans and Micro LAP.
  • Responsible for ongoing changes to the Policy, Maintenance as well as getting market information on competitor actions etc.
  • Liaise with Credit Bureaus in getting data relating to the portfolio as well as to the market performance of all the product.
  • Represent the policy function to the Board of Directors.

Role requirements

  • Min 12 years plus working experience preferably in a large NBFC with good understanding of Risk Policy.
  • Candidate should be currently the Head of Risk Policy for one or more lending products.
  • Hands-on experience in development of ECL models and scorecard.
  • Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
