Key responsibilities

  • Pure play talent acquisition role – Supporting the business units.
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management and driving the hiring numbers.
  • This profile requires the Candidate to act as a self-initiator with an extensive presentation skill.
  • Should have good expertise in Strategic planning with regards to recruitment.
  • Hands on experience in preparing reports and analytics around Talent acquisition.

Role requirements

  • Professional qualification in the field related to HR is preferred.
  • Preference will be given to recruiters from Technology Product companies.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience, capable of taking quick decisions when required.
  • Mature and balanced individual with high level of drive and energy. High potential to represent the organisation with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
