Key responsibilities

  • Leading the campus recruitment efforts across all the functions in India. Will be part of Campus Recruitment management team, helping drive the Experienced and Campus Recruitment strategy both locally and as part of wider global initiatives.
  • Partner closely with the business to meet their strategic hiring goals and use innovative tools to find top candidates – applicants that demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, that value the freedom and independence that spirit fosters, and understand the contribution of entrepreneurs to society.
  • Developing and implementing the strategy for hiring campus talent for India.
  • Ensuring alignment to the global campus strategy.
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders/ business teams to provide advice and guidance about the campus hiring process, applicant engagement and conversions and school strategy.
  • Maintain oversight of application and interview processes as well as internship programs and full-time recruitment for India.
  • Responsible for delivering strong conversion rates, and reaching a diverse pool of applicants
  • Implementing innovative ways to source top talent at target schools, including efforts to source virtually and engage students through digital tools, and the development of key digital branding concepts and materials.
  • Responsibility for budget, definition of key metrics for running programs and ensuring performance quality, and overall oversight of approvals and controls for campus activities in India.
  • Providing leadership and coaching to a team of Recruiters and Coordinators to ensure process alignment, recruitment effectiveness, and building a supportive and strong team culture.
  • Lead/participate in Regional/Global ECR Projects
  • Data-driven insights and decision making.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A proven recruiting background with knowledge of the external campus recruiting environment including experience designing and implementing programs and processes.
  • Outstanding experience in leading others and/ or mentoring people to succeed and grow in a team.
  • Team oriented personality, ability to take ownership and willingness to support others.
  • Independent, well- structured and detail focused with an ability to influence, negotiate, and operate in an efficient and confident manner.
  • Strong communications and presentation skills with an ability to work and forge relationships across partner levels.
  • An ability to lead change and act as a driver of change and innovation.
  • An engaging and hardworking style that enjoys working as part of a global team.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, read trends and suggest solutions based on the analysis.
