Marketing and Communications Associate (Investor Relations)

Our client is a top-tier global private equity business that is expanding its footprint in Asia, looking for a Product & Content Marketer to manage APAC content marketing projects and support the sales enablement team. The ideal candidate is an individual who is resourceful, proactive, and able to effectively handle multiple priorities.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage entire marketing materials for the APAC region including client-facing presentations, sales pitches, product marketing, and responding to RFPs for existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Investor Relations team coordinating all aspects of product marketing projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Oversee updates to marketing collateral including design, approval and global distribution, and regularly review and analyse the performance of client projects and campaigns.
  • Assist with the RFI/RFP and due diligence process, coordinating internally with teams involved and assisting with the preparation of time-sensitive documentation and information.
  • Build an in-depth understanding of relationship management and the fundraising process including customer success, consultative approach and stakeholder management.
  • Collaborate effortlessly with colleagues across the firm and around the world acting as the product marketing expert.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 3-5 years of experience ideally in financial markets, professional services or law firms.
  • Solid understanding of financial markets, institutional client base, and investment concepts.
  • A strong product and content marketer with previous experience in writing RFPs is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing product messaging, communications and presentations.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly dynamic environment.
  • Thinks strategically and executes quality output under tight deadlines.
