This role will effectively function as the Business Manager / Change Management and will be responsible for implementing and managing a comprehensive framework for how the firm approaches changes. This is a senior Director role with high visibility across the organization with the global business leaders. This role will require the successful individual to have a blend of business management and influencing skills combined with in depth Transformation knowledge.
