Some of the key responsibilities will include:

Responsible full spectrum HR services including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and development as well as staff wellness and employee engagement
Manage regional HR policies and projects; formulate, implement and review employees’ policies and procedures
Act as business partner for functional heads on HR planning, budgeting and team building

To be eligible for this role you will require:

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
At least 10 years human resources experience in similar capacity, ideally from MNC with regional exposure
Strong organizational and planning skills; able to work independently and under pressure
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediate available is highly preferred
