Our presence is in 7 offices across Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, and Singapore. We are hiring Consultants having a strong Recruitment experience in Financial services. The potential applicant should be proactive and open to explore and grow. We are looking for a self-motivated, independent thinker who has a strong client network and the ability to build strong relationships with new clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible to work on BFSI, Risk &Compliance, Quantitative Analysis mandates.
  • Developing and maintaining a healthy client/business relation.
  • Determining and prioritizing the client requirements that needs to be closed earlier.
  • Selling and advising relevant jobs to candidates and maintaining a strong database
  • Responsible to handle hiring process starting from sourcing, screening, interview coordination pipeline development.
  • Responsible to achieve targets and ensure revenue generation as per process.
  • Identify necessary key skills and create suitable job description
  • Responsible to understand current market trend and talent availability.
  • Understand and implement Client /Candidate needs.
  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and effectively create hiring strategies to deliver new hires.
  • Ensure to create a strong talent mapping through Colleges, Institutions, social media, Referral programs, industry contacts, Application tracking system.

Role requirements

  • Graduate/MBA, with 2-5 years of recruitment experience in agencies specializing in BFSI, R&Q sector.
  • Agency experience is a mandate.
  • Deep knowledge of Financial service sector, Client, and Competitors.
  • Honest, Transparent, Proactive, self-motivated, confident and attention to details.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong and swift decision-making skills
  • Competitive mindset and ability to learn.
  • Be well organized and self-motivated
  • An aim of building & developing relationships
  • Experience in ATS, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Result oriented with an open and candid communication style.
