Our client is one of the world’s leading providers of reinsurance, insurance and other forms of insurance-based risk transfer actively seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President – Recruitments We are experts in anticipating and managing a wide variety of risks, from natural catastrophes and climate change to cybercrime. Key responsibilities

  • Providing guidance and direction to hiring managers and candidates regarding the entire hiring process, cultivating these relationships as a trusted business and candidate advisor.
  • Develop a compelling value proposition that can be articulated to candidates to sell the potential of the role and customer.
  • Advise recruiting managers regarding compensation in accordance with salary bands, peer ranges, market statistics, and direct peer comparisons.
  • Seek to guarantee good profile management by offering a comprehensive evaluation of the role, a summary of remuneration and benefits, key messaging, mentoring for resignation, and assistance with closing.
  • Seek to ensure compliance with policies and procedures in all recruitment operations in order to enable operational excellence; be able to spot risks and report concerns as necessary.
  • Constructing sourcing strategies that leverage internal talent pools, various markets, and external matches; proactively supplying quality internal candidates and assuring cost-effective sourcing channels.
  • Providing solutions, including evaluation recommendations to restrict applicant pools in order to locate the greatest fit, and structuring interviewing expertise to facilitate objective candidate feedback.
  • By buddying or mentoring other team members, you have the potential to positively contribute to the development of a strong and supportive culture.

Role requirements

  • 10+ years of Recruitment experience – has managed Tech & Non Tech roles in a matrixed global business for 11+ years.
  • Expertise in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) programs in addition to Employee Referrals, Sourcing Drives, and other efforts.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities, as well as negotiation expertise.
  • Capability to influence leaders to make complex organizational decisions.
  • Capability to interact effectively with global recruiting teams, HR business partners, and global stakeholders to develop a collaborative recruiting strategy.
  • Possess good analytic abilities and be able to build, measure, and scale the appropriate workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting staff.
  • Must be capable of working independently on crucial vacant positions.
  • Experience utilizing market and competition analysis to create and implement successful sourcing, evaluation, and closing processes to support regional and worldwide hiring.
