We are hiring Consultants having strong Recruitment experience working on Sales & Marketing roles in Advertising, PR, Media and Digital. The potential applicant should be proactive and open to exploring and growing. We are looking for a self-motivated, independent thinker who has a strong client network and the ability to build strong relationships with new clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible to work on Sales and Marketing roles for our clients.
  • Developing and maintaining a healthy client/business relationship.
  • Determining and prioritizing the client requirements that need to be closed earlier.
  • Selling and advising relevant jobs to candidates and maintaining a strong database.
  • Responsible to handle the hiring process starting from sourcing, screening, interview coordination pipeline development.
  • Responsible to achieve targets and ensure revenue generation as per process.
  • Identify necessary key skills and create the suitable job description.
  • Responsible to understand the current market trend and talent availability.
  • Understand and implement Client /Candidate needs.
  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and effectively create hiring strategies to deliver new hires.
  • Ensure to create a strong talent mapping through Colleges, Institutions, social media, Referral programs, industry contacts, and an application tracking system.

Role requirements

  • Graduate/MBA, with 2-5 years of recruitment experience.
  • Recruitment agency experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Deep knowledge of advertising, PR, Digital, media and OTT industries.
  • Honest, Transparent, Proactive, self-motivated, confident, and attentive to details.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong and swift decision-making skills.
  • Competitive mindset and ability to learn.
  • Be well organized and self-motivated.
  • An aim of building & developing relationships.
  • Experience in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals.
  • Result-oriented with an open and candid communication style.
