Key responsibilities

Manage a team of professional into reference data delivery across static data.
Serve as a point of contact for escalations and manage productivity, migrations, automations.
Set up objectives for the team and monitor performance.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and teams and assist them with relevant data.
Support IT teams to run any enhancement/development projects within the team.

Role requirements

17+ years of experience in reference data management and for capital markets, investment banking or financial institution.
In-depth functional / industry knowledge is required.
Strong experience in change management/project management and lean methodologies.
Strong analytical skills and ability to define and apply logical approach to issue resolution.
High level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards.
