Our client is a US skincare/cosmetic brand distributed worldwide. They have been in the market for over 30 years and still growing and keep on improving. They are currently looking for an Assistant eCommerce Project Manager, they would like to have someone with relevant background to join the team.

Key responsibilities

  • Be the lead to ensure all online functions run smoothly to maximize profits, achieve sales target i.e., payment method, new campaigns, consumer journeys etc.
  • Keep all products catalogue, content, images and videos, weekly and monthly animation plans up to date on the website.
  • Monitor the online platform, eCommerce sales performance forecast and evaluation.
  • Conduct UAT for UX, UI improvement and new functionality to improve consumer experience.
  • Develop Omni and online channels for all consumer, keep track on their behavior to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
  • Be the Communication Bridge between Headquarter, relevant departments, internal stakeholders, and external agencies for smoother process.

Role requirements

  • Required 5 years (or more) of relevant experience in IT or E-Commerce Projects in the past.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Understanding in Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, familiarity with HTML, CSS and XML and relational databases like MS SQL, NoSQL.
  • Strong interpersonal skills will be beneficial for communicating with different parties.
  • Experienced with Salesforce Service Cloud, CyberSource, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, A/B testing, and Einstein Dynamic Merchandising would be an advantage.
  • Great team player and strong planning skills will be required.
  • Excellent in both written and verbal in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
