Key responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in managing marketing efficiency efforts supporting various marketing teams and senior stakeholders with the goal of driving business outcomes.
  • Work closely with the wider Marketing stakeholders to prioritize analytics requirements, with a focus on maximizing commercial insight and business performance.
  • Devise analytic & measurement tools in order to translate results into actionable insights to improve marketing initiatives.
  • Drive marketing efficiency through compelling data-driven insights, test-and-learn methodology, post-campaigns reviews and continuous collaborations with marketing heads across teams.
  • Tweak strategies and budgets on marketing initiatives to maximize ROI.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above ideally in STEM subjects.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics preferably in financial services and wealth management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with global teams.
  • Data-driven – able to define, measure, and manage quantifiable metrics and outcomes and lead a team towards them.
  • Strong communication skills, to effectively influence teams and strategy.
