Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Associate Director and leading a team.
Working closely with clients and ensure requirements are met in a timely manner.
Implement best practices and meet the applicable accounting standards, tax, and other regulations.
Lead and review the work of your associates who will prepare SPV’s reporting, management accounts, consolidated accounts, and investor reports for clients.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including auditors and 3rd parties.
Support business development activities.

Role requirements

Degree in Accountancy and professional accounting qualifications (ACCA/CPA/CA) is a must.
Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in PE fund.
Team player with keen eye for details.
Effective communication and stakeholder management.
Well – experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel), Databases.
