Key responsibilities

Oversee office and frontline headcounts in Hong Kong and Macau market.
Handle full spectrum of recruitment and selection.
Work closely with BU Heads on staff issues, manpower planning and talent management.
Manage employee related activities and internal communication.
Handle ad hoc projects/ tasks as assigned.

Role requirements

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 7 years relevant experience gained from retail industry.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and influential skills.
Positive, detail focused and well organized.
Flexible, fast paced, and dynamic.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
