Key responsibilities

Manage all Finance functions in accordance with accounting standards and Finance guidelines.
Establish strategies and procedures aligned with short and long-term business objectives of firm.
Support investment and financial analysis by providing financial advisory for cross-functional projects.
Lead annual audit and ensure compliance of business workflow and process.
Identify internal control deficiencies and streamline business workflow.
Drive periodic financial planning and reporting activities.
Lead annual budgeting and forecasting process and long-term planning.

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields or higher qualifications with at least 15 years related working experience.
CPA/ CA qualifications preferred.
Experience in private equity/real estate funds preferred.
Experience with managing fundraising and treasury will be excellent.
Strong stakeholder management skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
