Group, Business Finance Manager

The Edge Partnership is a growing Asia focused recruitment business, currently with 7 offices in 4 countries. We are actively seeking an experienced Management Accountant to oversee and co-ordinate all of our internal finance requirements across the group. While you will initially be acting as an individual contributor, with external support, it will be a group level role, reporting directly to the Managing Partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Co-ordinating with external finance and company secretarial partners on all related matters.
  • Leading and developing the annual and quarterly budgeting processes.
  • Developing the monthly management reporting deck for senior management.
  • Executing the monthly cash-flow report for at a group and country level.
  • Managing all commission and bonus calculations across the group.
  • Managing and overseeing the division of group costs and calculations.
  • Managing the group treasury function.
  • Managing the invoicing process for each country.
  • Being proactive in putting forward suggestions to improve the performance of the business.
  • Tracking individual team members revenue numbers.

Role requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience, with extensive experience in Management Accounting.
  • Experience in working with international counterparts.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in overseeing budgets in excess of US$10m.
  • A demonstrable history of being proactive and identifying efficiencies to improve the financial performance of an organisation.
  • Preferably service industry related experience in a multi-national environment.
  • A relevant accounting qualification.
