Key responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end risk model development within Core Modeling using advanced statistical/mathematical techniques like regression, XG Boost, Neural nets, Machine learning methods.
  • Design and develop models following procedures for model development, validation, and reporting.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders across risk teams for data analytics/ machine learning.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree preferred in Quantitative Field/ MBA / Engineering.
  • Strong experience in model development using machine learning techniques/ data analytics.
  • Must have experience in SAS/ Python/ Bigdata/ Hadoop etc.
  • 6 -14 years of hands-on experience in financial services/ fintech is preferred.
