Key responsibilities

Manage all stores’ opening, renovations functions from scratch to final for over 10 markets.
Coordinate and formulate local needs and challenges to the HQ and internal stakeholders.
Work closely with externals and internals parties i.e., external contractors, landlords, agencies, internal marketing, VM team etc.
Ensure all budget, quality, and timeline issues are under control and in finest presentation.
Review and finalize store drawings and plannings after coordinating with both landlord and HQ.

Role requirements

Required 6 years (or more) of relevant experience in Retail Design Projects in the past.
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or related field.
Strong interpersonal skills will be beneficial for communicating with different parties.
Experienced with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop is a must.
Great team player and strongly passionate in Retail Design will be preferred.
Excellent in both written and verbal in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
