Manager – Broker Compensation

Our client is a leading financial services company with presence across the globe. They are pioneer in investment banking and hiring for their broker compensation team. This is an onshore opportunity and would require relocation to London.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the end-to-end Broker Compensation Process for assigned asset classes.
  • Take ownership for control and sign off on Broker Compensation for assigned asset classes reported within the Financial Performance of assigned Legal entities and business divisions.
  • Proactively assist in the Broker Compensation automation project. This will be a key project within Business Unit Control to improve process efficiency, implement robust controls and reduce risks which exist in the current manual process.
  • Prepare Balance sheet reconciliations, ensure reconciliation of all balances back to the relevant calculations and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual Budgets and Forecasts for P&L and BS, ensuring full understanding of key Broker Compensation changes.
  • Interact with business and brokers on day-to-day basis.

Role requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in Broker compensation.
  • Must be Qualified accountant – CA/CWA/CMA.
  • Strong stakeholder management skill.
  • Should be agile & proactive to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication.
