Key responsibilities

  • Own the strategy & execution of marketing campaigns and programmes across digital banking.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure resources are deployed effectively to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive acquisition at scale across Performance, SEO/Organic and other global channels, managing domain specialists and agencies.
  • Work closely with the digital sales team to ensure commercial targets are met and ensure their insights are incorporated into the campaigns.
  • Track and monitor campaign performance, metrics, and ROI to identify the most effective marketing channels; incorporating insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above ideally in Marketing.
  • 15+ years of marketing management experience in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and payment platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of a broad spectrum of marketing tools and platforms and a strong understanding of digital performance media channels.
  • Experience in leading a multi-faceted team in a fast-paced, high-performing marketing division.
  • Solid track record of driving growth through marketing campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.
