Key responsibilities

Lead stakeholder engagements and work streams related to the specific program.
Manage large size program – regulatory or strategic ops back trade reporting.
Should have strategic initiative and on-board new tools.
Provide input into engagement decisions including work plan and timeline, project management.
Should be able to manage own program, day to day escalation, documentation.
Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements.

Role requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting or handling change programs within investment banking with proven experience as a Program Manager.
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods (Agile and Waterfall).
Has sound understanding of financials products, Trade lifecycle and asset classes.
Excellent Communication, Organization and Documentation Skills.
PMP/Six sigma/prince 2 or any other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
