AVP – Product Control (Change Management)

Key responsibilities

• Undertake all stages of change request lifecycle starting from Business User request, documenting requirement, obtaining approvals, making user story, managing, and carrying out user acceptance testing and associated documentation.
• Liaise with product control teams, understand process gaps, changes, and scope of improvement.
• Act as an interface between Business user teams, technology partners, and downstream stakeholders in delivering solutions to support Business User change requests.
• Formulate target operation models, BRDs and ensure all documentation is in place with respective systems.
