Our client is a global market data technology leader seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to grow the book of business for the Korean Market. The ideal candidate would have a solid knowledge of market data services and an enterprise mindset.

Some of the key responsibilities will include

  • Drive proactive client engagement with financial institutions with the objective to drive revenue.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and business partner for a dedicated portfolio of clients through various forms of communications.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a successful execution of client initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and grow the business.

To be eligible for this role you will require

  • At least 5 years of account management experience within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of market data services catering from back-office to front-office.
  • An enterprise mindset with an entrepreneurial drive.
  • Passionate about building relationships along with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter who is a team player, reliable with the ability to work independently
  • Bilingual in English and Korean.
  • Excellent negotiation and commercial skills with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders both externally and internally.
