Key responsibilities

Control Library – Ownership of central repository and maintenance, Support the RCSA program and own the control framework and standard.
Stakeholder partnership and cross functional relationship within and outside of CCO.
Excellent decision making and problem solving.
Enterprise Wide Risk management framework and policies and standards.
Excellent knowledge of information technology risks, controls, and risk remediation.

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
15+ years’ experience in relevant industry with strong background in technology risk management, of which at least 10 years in related management roles.
Experience in running or played a key role in RCSA program (Risk & Control Self Assessments).
Excellent knowledge of Governance, controls, and risk remediation.
Sound experience in data analysis, validation, and presentation of results.
15+ years of experience one or more of the following:
- Performing Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA), Audit or Assurance work.
- Developing and enhancing control frameworks.
- Assisting in responding to regulatory inquiries and questionnaires.
- Enterprise Risk Management practices, internal control, fraud deterrence frameworks.
- Providing Risk and Control expertise to legal entities.
