Key responsibilities

  • Control Library – Ownership of central repository and maintenance, Support the RCSA program and own the control framework and standard.
  • Stakeholder partnership and cross functional relationship within and outside of CCO.
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving.
  • Enterprise Wide Risk management framework and policies and standards.
  • Excellent knowledge of information technology risks, controls, and risk remediation.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 15+ years’ experience in relevant industry with strong background in technology risk management, of which at least 10 years in related management roles.
  • Experience in running or played a key role in RCSA program (Risk & Control Self Assessments).
  • Excellent knowledge of Governance, controls, and risk remediation.
  • Sound experience in data analysis, validation, and presentation of results.
  • 15+ years of experience one or more of the following:
    • Performing Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA), Audit or Assurance work.
    • Developing and enhancing control frameworks.
    • Assisting in responding to regulatory inquiries and questionnaires.
    • Enterprise Risk Management practices, internal control, fraud deterrence frameworks.
    • Providing Risk and Control expertise to legal entities.
