Key responsibilities

Perform daily and monthly RWA calculations and reporting.
Manage team, review the work performed by them and ensure integrity and accuracy.
Perform variance analysis.
Act as primary contact for audit.
Work closely with teams across the organization such as Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Financial Controls teams and resolve any issues.

Role requirements

8+ years of relevant experience in Basel reporting and RWA calculation.
Experience in Risk Management, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.
Excellent people management and communication skills.
Ability to understand the financial statements pertaining to Banking Industry.
Strong analytical skills with strong time management skills.
